In this 10-week group coaching, we will work through the key foundations to finding a more peaceful relationship with food, movement and your body. The small and intimate group is perfect if you are looking for a gentle structure with support and guidance every step of the way.

It is also a great place if you are a former client who wants to continue the work we did together in 1:1 sessions.
