Deep Dive Initial Assessment
A full assessment where we will discuss your goals & explore your relationship with food and body image throughout your life, including your diet history, current eating behaviors, and more. This is a stand alone session that will help you to make sense of what is keeping you stuck whilst exploring ambivalence and assessing motivation for change.
Nutritional Therapy Counselling
I combine nutrition, psychology and behavioural interventions to support you through your recovery journey. I use a combination of nutritional therapy, ACT, CBT and intuitive eating to provide specialist support.
Body Image Healing
Body image isn’t about how your body looks, it’s about how you perceive it and the stories you tell yourself. Body image lives in your mind, shaped by your beliefs and thoughts, and not actually by your physical appearance. Body image healing involves examining these beliefs, understanding how you relate to, speak to and experience your body and gradually moving towards a more peaceful accepting relationship with yourself.
